With over 600k monthly listeners on Spotify and over 100k followers on Instagram and TikTok, ranging from ages 17-21, Rehash is a rising young band from South Florida who blends a mix of classic rock, grunge, and alternative influences into a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

Starting off as a duo, friends Renzo (lead vocals) and Sebastian (guitar) began making music in their bedrooms in 2022. They spent countless hours trying to perfect their songs with the resources they had. Their efforts paid off, and in the summer of 2023, they released their self-titled debut album Rehash.
Soon after, they welcomed siblings Daseth (bass) and Ethan (drums), completing the four-piece lineup. In 2024 they released their sophomore album, Mourning Star, showcasing their growth in both sound and storytelling. The band began performing regularly at venues across Miami-Dade and Broward, often playing two to three local shows each month. These early shows helped them build a tight knit fanbase and develop their dynamic live presence.

With 90s alternative rock, grunge, and shoegaze influences, the band gained traction online through TikTok and Reels, often performing cover songs from bands like Nirvana, Oasis, and Radiohead, as well as their very own original songs. Their breakthrough songs “Letting Go” and “Back To Strangers” each gathered over a million streams and introduced them to a wider audience.
In early 2025, they signed with Broke Records, an independent record label who have signed artists like Tay-k, BBNO$ and $NOT. That March, they embarked on their first national tour, opening for LA based supporting band ALEXSUCKS. “It felt good. It felt like we had done something that paid off. It was what we had always hoped for,” said Renzo. “I think it really hit us when we went on tour, because we got to see all these people from all these different states that knew our music came out and filled rooms to support us.”
Just two months after their tour concluded, Rehash released their third album mock in June of 2025. The following month, they kicked off their second tour in New Orleans, this time supporting artist VIOLET VIRA, another emerging artist blending metal and goth rock influences.

The first leg of the tour concluded in August, and the second leg is set to resume on October 8 in Durham, North Carolina in support of artists dogpark and nuclear monkey.
Their return to Miami on October 18 marks a career milestone; performing at their first ever festival, the acclaimed iii Points Festival, featuring artists like Sean Paul, Tinashe, Denzel Curry and more.
“We’ve been really excited for it,” said the band about their iii points debut. When asked about having accomplished so much at a young age, Renzo said, “Every band we interact with and even some fans are always so surprised that we’re so young, but we really don’t feel any different than other bands.”

Rehash’s journey continues throughout January 2026, this time as headliners, as they finish the final leg of their tour, solidifying their place in the next wave of alternative rock.
